fiction feature film
Amalia (45), an interior designer, is going through a midlife crisis caused by the separation of her adult daughter (21). Going through an internal revision, an understanding of herself outside of motherhood, a painful acceptance of biological changes, she seeks an answer to the question of whether femininity and attractiveness exist beyond fertility.
Her internal crisis is exacerbated by the geopolitical crisis in Europe and the fear of the war that is already underway in Ukraine. Amalia has recently become the owner of a studio shop in old Prague, where she meets Oliver (65), a Frenchman who lives in the building across the street. He helps her balance herself and gain the confidence to move on, but are they destined to be together?
